Summary: The Program and Communications Specialist will oversee Pact Institute?s (PI) portfolio of more than 20 international development projects in order to provide status reporting on a weekly basis. In addition, this individual will assist with all aspects of PI communication to key internal and external stakeholders. This multi-faceted role will help PI ensure that project performance and other issues are managed successfully and web platforms are utilized to ensure the efficient and effective marketing of Pact Institute. Reports to President of Pact Institute Specific Duties: ? Oversees performance of a diverse group of international development projects run through Pact Institute; ? Prepares weekly reports on project performance flagging important issues for resolution; ? Reviews and prepares reports on potential new engagements that may run through Pact Institute; ? Prepares formal Memoranda of Understanding agreements for each project that runs through Pact Institute with its parent organization, Pact Inc. ? Liaison with all Pact HQ staff departments and field operations to ensure smooth operations of projects. (...)
