Alright, so today I am answering to a question specifically about 2 of our programs . Tania want to know the difference between Total wellness cleanse and Eating for energy. If I go for one program, I will be missing something from the other, what you is your recommendation, both the programs are nutritional programs , I created eating for energy long back . Total wellness Cleansing program is little more recent.
Eating for energy is a great program to show you how to get more into, how to get more raw foods into diet and alkaline in your body . Very powerful program and it is really a great one, 360 pages, it is nutritional bible . You have 112 raw food recipes with plan of around 12 weeks and the main focus is only for getting raw foods and the reason behind it . So, even if you are not on raw food, someone who is a raw foodist believe that anyone can get benefit from gaining more raw food into the diet and the benefit that you will be enjoying will be increase in your energy, help you to lose weight, redefine your skin, looking younger, feeling younger all aspects of health are going to be improved.
Total wellness cleanse is I guess the next step of eating for energy, the focus is not as much on raw but really on cleansing your body from food . Total wellness program has 14 day cleanse phase and it is 30 days? program followed by the main phase where you will get all the meal plans and all the recipes with the focus is on three things really, first, how cleansing body very very significant. B or two is reducing sugar intake and three reliving stress on your body through food to allow some major organs to relax and recover from all stress, from you know life and traditional foods.
