My mom just got married to a US citizen. I came to the states legally with my mom and sister at age 12 but we be became illegal. I am now 18 years old. My moms husband is going to file for her citizenship. She included my name in the paperwork to be legal when her husband filed for her. My question is do i qualify to be legal under my mom even though I?m 18?
